MOTOWN AI offers monthly subscription plans (Starter and Premium) for access to premium study features.
- 14-day refund window — you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, no exceptions or conditions.
- Cancel anytime — you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- Auto-renewal — card subscriptions renew automatically each month. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
- Mobile Money — Mobile Money subscriptions are one-time payments for 30 days of access. They do not auto-renew. Simply purchase again when you want to continue.

Credit Bundle Refunds
Credit bundles are one-time purchases that add credits to your account for generating study content.
- 14-day refund window — you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no exceptions or conditions.
- Non-refundable once used — credits that have been consumed (used to generate flashcards, quizzes, fill-ins, or other content) cannot be refunded after the 14-day window.
- No expiration — unused credits never expire, so there is no time pressure to use them.
Technical Failures
If a verified technical error on our end prevents you from accessing content you have paid for:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your payment reference and a description of the issue
- We will work to resolve the access issue within 48 hours
- If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving problems quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in temporary account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- Your payment reference number (found in your payment confirmation email)
- A brief description of why you are requesting a refund
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds after the 14-day window:
- Credits that have already been consumed
- Free tier usage
- Content published to the community library (you retain access to your own content)
