MOTOWN AI offers monthly subscription plans (Starter and Premium) for access to premium study features.

14-Day Refund Window

If you have purchased a subscription or credit bundle, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Contact us at [email protected] with your payment reference number. No exceptions or conditions apply to this 14-day refund window.

Credit Bundle Refunds

Credit bundles are one-time purchases that add credits to your account for generating study content.

Technical Failures

If a verified technical error on our end prevents you from accessing content you have paid for:

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving problems quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in temporary account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

How to Request a Refund
